About the program

Vaisala Giant Leap is a golden opportunity for students to show their skills. All project assignments are real-life challenges that matter. During your internship, you will learn a lot about teamwork, international cooperation and Vaisala's business.

The duration of the program is approximately 3 months. Projects start in May-June 2009 and will be presented at the end of the internship in August-September 2009. Remuneration is based on the progress of studies and follows market rates.

The projects take place either at Vaisala's head office in Vantaa, Finland or in one of our offices in the USA. For projects based in USA, you have to be eligible to work in the U.S. Working time is 40 hours per week.
